This is a genuine leather short fringe jacket. It has adjustable sleeve cuffs and sideways placed buttons. Adjustable back. Really unique and cool jacket! It's the brand Western Express and it's a women's. Shorter cut jacket. Cool star buttons. Does have a few spots from age. Hard to find!
